Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Orange, Ginger, and Basil
Stems trimmed, flimsy outer leaves removed, halved
We used avocado oil
Peeled and grated
Sweet Orange Dressing

Roughly chopped, about 3 tablespoons
Preheat oven to 450°.
Place Brussels sprouts on a large baking sheet. Drizzle with a glug of olive oil, lighten season with salt, and toss to combine.
Spread in an even layer, and roast until tender, approximately 18-20 minutes. While the brussels sprouts are roasting, prepare the sauce.
In a small bowl, combine ginger, vinegar, dressing, and basil.
In a large bowl, combine roasted brussels sprouts and sauce. Toss to coat, and season to taste with salt.
