Yes, you do like brussels sprouts. Seriously, you really do! These get a sinple roast in then oven, and are finished with a lovely sauce of freshly squeezed orange juice, grated ginger, and mustard.
Ginger, orange, and mustard are three of our all time favorite ingredients. With these three ingredients in our fridge, we knew just what to do when we brought home a bag of beautiful brussels sprouts.
As usual, we turned to Mustard and Co. , and used their Ballpark Black Pepper Mustard. As an alternative, you can use you favorite mustard and a hefty dose of freshly ground black pepper.
