Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. To a food processor, add bananas. Process for 25 seconds.
  3. Add oats and hempeh, process for an additional 15 seconds (leaving some oats whole is fine).
  4. Stir in chia seeds and salt.
  5. Placing an inch apart on prepared baking sheet, roll mixture into 15-18 evenly sized balls.
  6. Break chocolate into pieces that equal the amount of rolled balls. Make a small well in the top of each ball, and a nestle a chunk of chocolate into each well.
  7. Bake for 16-18 minutes, or until firm.
