During the week, our brekfast usually consists of anything and everything quick. If you remember, we shared these oat, walnut, and rosemary bars a while back. But now we have a new go-to, and they pack a major punch! They are quick, easy, full of protein and energy, and keep us filling full. With minimal bake time, and a food processor, you can have these babies cranked out in no time. Loaded with hempeh, oats, and chia seeds; they fill you up, and keep you going.
We added the Raspberry Habañero Hempeh from Smiling Hara for extra protein and flavor. Alternative methods include: using your favorite hempeh/tempeh narinated in jam and spices, or mixing in nuts and topping with jam like we did here .
