  1. In a shaker filled halfway with ice, add Bourbon, simple syrup, and juice of 1/2 clementine. Shake well to combine and chill; strain into an ice filled glass.
Clementine-Rosemary Simple Syrup
  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add rosemary, juice of 3 clementines, sugar, and water.
  2. Stirring ocasionally, cook until all sugar dissolves, approximately 3-5 minutes.
  3. Using a fine mesh sieve, strain into a clean storage jar. Set aside to cool completely before sealing with lid.
Recipe Notes

*Rosemary was charred on a gas grill. Can be charred in a cast iron pan, over open flame, or with a kitchen torch.
*Store refrigerated simple syrup an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
